  • Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate.
  • To remain in good academic standing a student must maintain the outlined CGPA or higher in the appropriate scale.
  • The graduation requirement for our programs is a CGPA of 1.7 or higher.

FILM PRODUCTION

Film Production

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 1728 hours.

 

Film Production Work Placement 2 Year

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. “A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 2208 hours.

Additional requirements: 

  • Apply in Term 3 of your Film Production program
  • Maintain a B average in the Film Production program
  • Submit your resume to Toronto Film School’s Work Placement Coordinator

 

Film Production Work Placement 2.5 Year

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 2688 hours.

  • Apply in Term 3 of your Film Production program
  • Maintain a B average in the Film Production program

ACTING FOR FILM, TV & THE THEATRE

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 1512 hours.

 


WRITING FOR FILM & TV

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 1728 hours.


VIDEO GAME DESIGN & ANIMATION

The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. The requirement for graduation is completion of all courses in the chosen program with a 1.7 CGPA in the 4.3 scale or better. Any course with grades W or F must be retaken in order to graduate. A student is eligible for a diploma after successfully completing all graduation requirements. These requirements include the completion of a minimum of 1152 hours.
